- PROGRAM OVERVIEW
Various student levels are available. Each program is
physically strenuous and mentally challenging.
- Tornado Tots (ages 4-6)
Program designed for early
learners. Introduces tumbles, falls, jumping, balance, physical conditioning and development of coordination. Students are
introduced to simple kicks, punches and Poomse (forms).
- Kicking kids (6-12)
Children begin developing
social skills while working in small groups and with partners. Students are introduced to limited contact fighting and learn
to apply precision and focus while sparring.
- Hwarang Teens (12-16)
Students are encouraged to master
their physical abilities. Aspects of respect for elders, courteousness, self-control and discipline are developed. Team spirit
is developed.
- Adults
Xtreme Fitness (16-40) Students participate fully in the modern sports arena
of Taekwondo.
Executives (35-55), Students who begin training in this age range bring with them a great diversity
of physical, social and professional talents. Students become aware of their inner self and maximize their physical and mental
abilities.
Seniors (55- up) Bring a forthright intensity to Taekwondo training. Special exercises and conditioning
drills help them develop exceptional grace and ease of movement as well as power and stamina.

active? Get a thorough physical exam before beginning training.
